Founder Access refresh layout

• Fixed the startup Founder Access license-refresh form layout.
• Kept the email and license-key fields inside the visible panel.
• Scoped the fix to the startup refresh panel without changing the regular activation form layout.

Release scope

• Included focused regression coverage for the refresh-form layout.
• Made no document-processing, protected-documents, activation-behavior, or search-ranking changes beyond the layout fix.

Supported file types

Supported in this release: PDF, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG.

Unsupported file types were skipped during Import review and did not block supported files in the same selection.

Trust and privacy boundaries

MemoRay processed imported documents, text reading, search, and Ask MemoRay locally on the user's Windows device. Document content was not uploaded for search or answering.

Network access was used for Founder Access license activation, license validation, app update checks, and support forms users chose to submit.

Protected documents

The protected-documents password was separate from the Founder Access license key. MemoRay could not recover that password.

Known limitations

• MemoRay started with Windows.
• Low-quality scans, rotated cards, IDs, passports, membership cards, business cards, and handwriting-heavy images could require review.
• Encrypted or malformed DOCX files were rejected.
• Internet access was required for Founder Access activation, periodic license validation, and update checks.
