For Protected documents password issues, MemoRay Support can help you understand the reset steps, but RayAI/MemoRay cannot recover the password for protected documents. If it is forgotten, remove the current MemoRay workspace and import documents again before setting a new password. Original files outside MemoRay are not deleted.
