MemoRay Trust-First Local AI Memory
Refund Policy

MemoRay Refund Policy

Because paid checkout is not yet live, there are no paid MemoRay transactions to refund under this policy at this time. Founder Access is currently free, so there is no Founder Access payment to refund. When paid checkout becomes available, eligible paid transactions will be handled under this Refund Policy and through the applicable Merchant of Record or payment provider process.

Last updated: October 2, 2026. MemoRay is a product of RayAI LLC.

Refund Terms

Clear terms for the forthcoming paid offering.

These terms apply when a paid MemoRay transaction is completed. They do not activate checkout, billing, a customer portal, or any automatic Founder payment or renewal mechanism.

1. Refund window

You may request one full refund for an eligible transaction within 30 consecutive days of that transaction. The initial annual purchase and each successfully paid annual renewal have separate 30-day refund windows. MemoRay does not offer a general partial-refund workflow.

2. How to request a refund

Use RayAI's contact form, choose General inquiry, and state that the message is a MemoRay refund request. When paid checkout becomes available, the receipt or customer account may also provide a Merchant-of-Record refund route.

  • Include the email address used for purchase.
  • Include the transaction or order reference and purchase or renewal date, if available.
  • If the reference is unavailable, say so; RayAI can help identify the transaction using the information provided.
  • A brief reason is optional.

Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, license keys, or private document content.

3. Refund amount and taxes

An approved refund covers the amount actually paid for the eligible transaction after any permitted discount or Founder bug or suggestion credit. Founder pricing does not stack with other discounts or promotions unless RayAI LLC explicitly allows it. Credits do not increase the refund above the amount actually paid. The Merchant of Record handles applicable tax treatment and returns through its transaction records and legal obligations.

4. Cancellation and refunds are different

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid term. It does not automatically refund an earlier charge. A refund request must be made separately within the applicable window. Canceling an eligible Founder Member subscription, or allowing it to materially lapse after failed payment recovery, means the US$49/year Founder renewal price is not automatically guaranteed later.

5. Access and local documents after a refund

If a paid transaction is refunded, access associated with that paid transaction may end and the related license may be deactivated. A refund does not delete documents or other files stored locally on your device. You remain in control of those local documents and may remove local MemoRay data separately if you choose.

6. Merchant of Record and statutory rights

Paid checkout is not yet live. When paid checkout becomes available, a hosted checkout operated by a Merchant of Record or payment provider will identify the seller of record and applicable buyer terms. This MemoRay policy provides additional refund terms and does not limit non-waivable consumer or statutory rights. Where applicable law or the Merchant of Record provides greater rights, those greater rights continue to apply.

7. Contact

Use RayAI's contact form for refund-policy questions or a refund request. This route is available to customers and noncustomers.
